Guesthouse Stöng in Mývatnssveit

Photos from whale watching few days ago with a whale watching boat Niels Jonsson from Hauganes in Iceland. Much of  whales has been seen in the outer of Eyjafjörður this summer. Hump back whale seen more than usual, so there are almost always some Minke whales,Prying or a Dolphin on the move. Blue Whale was spottet in one whale watching  about to weeks ago.

 

Árni Halldorsson and his crew with decades of experience in whale wacting did find whales in this wonderful journey.

 

We was fishing and the yellow one (cod) had didn´t wait for to bite on. Cosima with one big cod and the dogs Korri and Hekla wacthing with much  interest. (see more photos in the photo gallery - Whale watching)
